Summary :
A Floral Clerk is first and foremost responsible for guest relations and satisfaction by building a reputation for Ultimate Service. He / She will perform all floral duties, including process of orders and floral design. Execute floral procedures as outlined by company and Floral Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
- When a guest enters my area or department, my first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage that guest
- Differentiate in products and service by producing quality products
- Follow daily work schedule as assigned by management
- Utilize floral systems and processes consistently and correctly
- Practice safe work habits; maintain a high level of store cleanliness, organization, and a safe work environment
- Ensure quality and consistent product availability and solutions to our guests
- Follow attendance tardiness guidelines in accordance with team member handbook
- Perform floral duties in accordance with company guidelines
- Assist in watering and department maintenance as needed
- Performs other duties as requested or required by upper management
