Summary :
The Stocker first and foremost is responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. He / She performs shelf stocking and back-room duties. Tasks may also include spill cleanup, general housekeeping and other duties as assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities :
- When a guest enters my area or department, my first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage that guest
- Follows daily work schedule as assigned by management
- Performs stocking duties including; lifting, stocking product, rotating product, blocking, facing, dusting, and ordering
- Performs general housekeeping duties on sales floor and backroom areas
- Must be attentive at all times to needs of guests and be ready and able to direct / take guest to items in question
- May be called upon to act as front end help, such as checking and / or sacking
- Performs other duties as requested or required by management
