- Supporting the Department Manager in interviewing, training, scheduling, performance, and productivity of all department team members.
- Contributing to the execution and meeting of financial goals.
- Ensuring quality and consistent product availability and solutions to our guests.
- Maintaining a high level of store cleanliness, organization, and a safe work environment.
- Coordinating inventory process and reporting.
- Handling department issues in the absence of the Department Manager.
- Ensuring adherence to Food Safety Procedures.
