As a Commercial Underwriting Intern you will :
- Consolidate and improve our SharePoint.
- Consolidate and update workflows making them more intuitive.
- Investigate and research classes of business and the resulting claims in order to improve our underwriting and propose guidelines.
- Find a more innovative approach to reviewing large losses and explore that as a project to be completed.
- Interact with commercial policies.
- Be given decision-making authority and the opportunity to investigate, communicate, etc.
We are looking for students majoring or minoring in Business related majors, Finance, Risk Management & Insurance or have an interest in underwriting or insurance.
