To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• A proven track record of sales success and strong communication abilities
• A passion for helping people and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Obtain the required P&C and Life & Health licenses (we'll support you through the process)
• An entrepreneurial mindset and drive to grow your own book of business
