Responsibilities :
Install food and beverage equipment, according to manufacturer specifications and local regulations
Configure and set up equipment systems to ensure optimal performance
Conduct test on installed equipment to ensure proper functioning and calibration, making adjustments as necessary
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs and maintenance activities, including service logs
Ensure that all installations meet health and safety standards as well as industry regulations
Work closely with clients, suppliers and other technicians to coordinate installations
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Prior experience in installation, maintenance, or repair of food and beverage equipment or similar machinery is often preferred
Valid driver's license with clean driving record, as this position may require driving a company van to various job sites
Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on client needs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues accurately
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Proficiency in using tools and equipment common to the trade
