This is an on-site position in their Addison, TX office .The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivery to customers. The day-to-day tasks include project planning, resource allocation, tracking project progress, communicating with customers, and providing excellent customer service. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
What you will do:

The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
What you will do:
- Develop general understanding of all MVE’s Scope of Work, locations, and customers
- Track and manage project schedules and deadlines
- Quote customers using working knowledge of product
- Process incoming inquiries into company sales system
- Upload project-specific documentation into customer systems
- Provide technical/service support to internal teams and customers
- Assist in logistics management, order entry, documentation, and customer/vendor relations
- Partner with Account Managers to provide sales quotes
- Issue vendor Purchase Orders (PO’s)
- Update and manage all PO job status project spreadsheets
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- 2 years of experience in Municipal or Industrial construction project coordination is required
- 2 years’ experience working with QuickBooks
- QuickBase experience desired
- Water/Wastewater industry experience is highly desired
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Possess excellent customer service skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience using MS Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of Valves preferred
