We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team in Milford, OH. This is an on-site position that offers a unique opportunity to gain knowledge of represented equipment and process solutions, including traveling for training workshops when necessary.
The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who can find answers and solutions even in times of fast-paced change. They will be responsible for supporting the outside sales and project management team by tracking sales activities, quoting activity, orders won, and revenue generated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track individual sales activities, quoting activity, orders won, and revenue generated.
- Support capital and aftermarket project efforts for the products and services provided through UFT's family of companies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer and market requirements and provide sales support where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.
- Recent college grads are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in field service/engineering, construction, water/wastewater, chemical industry or applicable experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new sales support programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
