As an IT Integration Specialist, you will serve as a key member of our integration team, responsible for ensuring the successful integration of client systems with our services. This role requires a collaborative approach, strong analytical skills, and technical proficiency to meet the diverse integration needs of our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to identify their integration needs and ensure that our system capabilities align with their requirements.

- User Story Development: Develop detailed user stories that include validation and traceability for both new and existing applications, ensuring that business requirements are accurately reflected.

- Integration Process Facilitation: Manage the operational and financial integration processes from initial contact through post-close integration, following the established playbook.

- Cross-Department Engagement: Collaborate closely with the Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to facilitate the effective integration and onboarding of acquired clients.

- Team Coordination: Partner with the New Client Integrations Coordinator to streamline the integration and launch processes for new clients.

- Schedule and Timeline Management: Create and maintain comprehensive integration schedules and timelines to ensure adherence to project milestones.


Required Skills and Competencies:

- Problem Sensitivity: Ability to identify potential issues and effectively manage conflicts as they arise.

- Technical Proficiency: Experience in implementing technical solutions within warehouse management systems (WMS), including requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability to assess client systems and workflows, identifying opportunities for effective integration.

- Timely Communication: Maintain open communication with clients to provide updates, gain feedback, and address any concerns or inquiries throughout the integration process.

- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of integration processes and client interactions to facilitate ongoing support and training.

- Training Support: Assist in training clients on new systems and integrations as needed, ensuring a smooth transition.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration).

- Proven experience in integration projects, client management, or related roles.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
