• Leading the charge on production volume, quality benchmarks, cost management, and sticking to schedules.
• Being the go-to for resolving employee issues and working with HR when needed.
• Rolling up your sleeves in meetings with various teams to keep everything running smoothly.
• Teaming up with Quality Control to ensure top-notch product quality and food safety.
• Mentoring supervisors to build a strong management team that's all about teamwork and hitting goals.
• Ensuring all machinery and facilities are in tip-top shape and squeaky clean.
• Building a positive vibe with employees and making sure everyone's on the same page with labor contracts.
