Harvest Maintenance Supervisor
Position Summary : The Harvest Maintenance Supervisor will provide leadership to the Maintenance Department and report directly to the Harvest Maintenance Superintendent. This role is responsible for maintaining the health of assets through an effective maintenance program.
Cross-functional teamwork is essential, requiring collaboration with personnel from operations, maintenance, food safety, and safety teams to support plant initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise plant maintenance personnel and oversee planning, organizing, coordinating, scheduling, and assigning work related to breakdowns, preventive maintenance, predictive technologies, projects, and daily work orders.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external maintenance regulations.
- Provide immediate response to operational maintenance concerns, coordinating with operations to minimize production interruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of management, operations, and maintenance, adhering to company policies, procedures, and property loss programs.
- Supervise repairs and projects completed by maintenance personnel and contractors, ensuring quality work and adherence to deadlines.
- Plan and control expenditures in alignment with the department's operating budget.
- Uphold safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all maintenance-related regulations.
