We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee and expand sales operations within a designated geographic area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and executing sales strategies to meet company objectives. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, as well as a proven track record in sales and business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share.
  • Identify and establish relationships with new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers to enhance brand awareness and product knowledge.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in building material sales.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales or working with distributors and channel partners.
  • Knowledge of the garage door industry market and customer needs.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
