SUMMARY
Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Work with customers and UGA Team to satisfy customer needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor customer satisfaction to help ensure the company meets our customers’ expectations
- Interact with customers to build relationships and act as their bridge to the organization
- Manage the transition of new work as it develops into repeat business
- Manage EDI or customer specific MRP/ERP methods to ensure the UGA operating system is communicating properly
- Develop and maintain contract review procedures as required to UGA quality system requirements
- Communicate requests to UGA team through order entry, change notices, or other communication
- Initiate UGA ECR for any customer generated print changes
- Handle customer service audits
- Initiate customer satisfaction and continuous improvement plans for customer service department
- Preparing reports on customer service performance and other relevant metrics
SUPERISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide guidance and training to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations
- Developing and implementing training programs for customer service representatives
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Keyboarding, Windows, MS Excel and Work, Internet and e-mail
EDUCATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma
Mapics Training, MMA Training (on the job training)
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulation. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic mathematical skills required.
