We are seeking a Grinding Machine Technician to join our team at United Gear & Assembly.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC grinders to produce precision gears and assemblies
- Set up and install tools, fixtures, and attachments as required
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and product quality
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production deadlines and achieve quality standards
Requirements:
- Intermediate reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Computer literacy with ability to learn statistical and manufacturing software applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
