REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education : Ph.D. degree in applicable science or engineering discipline and 5 years’ experience. OR A MS with 8 years’ experience. OR A BS with 10 years’ experience or more.
HIGHLY PREFEERED :
Startup Testing Execution qualification(s) Level II or III (per ASME NQA-1 test program).
Experience / Skills Required
Onsite 100% Mon -Thurs W-2 and Per diem
Personnel shall have technical knowledge of Commissioning / Startup Testing, including experience working in the following technical areas / labor categories :
Conduct of Startup Testing
Design reviews
Procedure development
Test Execution
Demonstrated previous experience with the use and implementation of Manual 5E, Startup Test Program, and related directives and standards, or an equivalent Commissioning / Startup program.
Demonstrated previous experience in developing, reviewing, approval and presenting Technical Work Documents / Commissioning Test Procedures.
Demonstrated personal accountability for facility / project schedules, deadlines, budgets, and the safe performance of work.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” security clearance.
Demonstrated a minimum of 1 year of recent testing experience through support of the Department of Energy (DOE) or the commercial nuclear industry.
