As part of a small and dedicated team, you will support the United Grinding North America on a wide range of legal and compliance matters in a highly international context. You will work closely with various departments in cross-functional teams and assume responsibility for the legal work-stream in negotiations, documentation, and execution of contracts.Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include : Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and documenting commercial contracts, mainly related to sourcing activities and the manufacture, supply, and distribution of our products.Advising the business on all legal matters and developing pragmatic solutions to legal issues for all areas of the business.Handling disputes, litigation, and investigations, and overseeing legal defense actions in disputes with suppliers and customers.Managing external lawyers as required.Handling corporate law and corporate secretary matters.Supporting integration activities emerging from recent M&A transactions.Qualifications Your QualificationsJD and membership in the American Bar Association.5 years post-qualification experience in a law firm or in the legal department of a multinational company.Solid experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Willingness to travel.We are looking for an efficient, flexible, and pragmatic team player with the ability to set accurate priorities and to work precisely and independently, even under pressure.
