You will be in charge of produce department operations within your building.

Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and merchandise produce department products. However, you will also need to be able to partner with the Store Manager to help support the overall growth and profitability of the store. In order to do this, you will have to manage all aspects of the produce department and insure that all daily operational tasks are completed effectively. You may have to manage and support subordinate produce department employees.

As this is a Full-Time position, you will be expected to work anywhere from 34-40 hours per week.

We have important requirements for all potential employees.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be able to lift and stock up to 50 pounds and be able to occasionally lift and move up to 80 pounds with assistance.
• Excellent customer service skills are a must, as well as a flexible schedule. You must be able to multitask and communicate effectively with your fellow staff, and maintain an open mind in regards to new ideas.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
