Gymnastics Coach
Job Summary:
As a Gymnastics Coach at our facility, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional coaching and guidance to gymnasts of various skill levels. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive and supportive environment where athletes can develop their gymnastics skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals.
Duties:
Coaching Excellence
- Instruct and lead gymnastics classes for participants ranging from beginners to advanced levels in floor exercises, bars, beam, vault, and tumbling.
- Provide individualized feedback and support to help gymnasts improve their techniques and performance.
- Foster a safe and inclusive training environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress, upcoming events, and any relevant information.
- Assist in equipment setup, maintenance, and organization to ensure a safe training environment.
Experience:
Nice-to-Have (But not required)
- Previous experience in gymnastics coaching or participation in competitive gymnastics or Cheer/Dance.
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills progression, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain certification.
- Experience in sports coaching or related fields such as martial arts, cheerleading, or basketball.
- Background in childcare or lifeguarding.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
