Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. Duties
- Instruct students in various gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, balance beam, and floor exercises.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance.
- Ensure a safe training environment by enforcing safety protocols and guidelines.
- Organize and lead practice sessions, competitions, and exhibitions.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding progress and any concerns.
Skills
- Required - Professional and/or personal background in gymnastics.
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and coaching methods.
- Experience in related sports such as cheer/tumbling is a plus
- Ability to educate and motivate young athletes while fostering teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
