Job Summary :

Join our dynamic marketing team at Creative Labs / United Hair Care a health & beauty manufacturer focused on all things beauty! We are seeking a highly motivated Brand / Account Manager to join our team. A successful candidate will strengthen relationships with retailers and lead their brand(s) in the development and implementation of brand strategies. Play a key role in innovation, manage brand initiatives, and contribute to the growth and visibility of several of our retail brands. This role requires a blend of sales, creativity, marketing, analytical skills, and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Account Management :

  • Act as the main point of contact between the brand and retailers or internal stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with retailers & retail brokers, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Understand retailer objectives and translate them into effective brand strategies.
  • Monitor and manage budgets for retailer initiatives, campaigns and brand projects.
  • Assist in retailer communications, presenting marketing strategies, brands & line extensions.
  • Lead regular meetings with retail brokers to provide status updates, review performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvements.

2. Brand Strategy Development :

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with both market trends and retailer goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Create comprehensive brand positioning strategies, including messaging, tone of voice, and key differentiators.
  • Analyze brand performance and identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Work with creative teams to ensure the development of innovative marketing materials, ads, and collateral that align with the brand's identity.
  • 3. Brand Communication :

  • Ensure that all marketing materials, communications, and content reflect the brand’s identity.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels, retailers and touchpoints.
  • Handle crisis communication and reputation management if required.
  • 4. Reporting and Analysis :

  • Analyze multi-brand performance, including sales data, customer engagement, and market trends.
  • Provide retailers and stakeholders with regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and market insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine brand strategies and marketing efforts.
  • Monitor competitors’ strategies and provide strategic recommendations to maintain competitive advantages.
  • 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between different departments to execute integrated marketing campaigns and new product launches.
  • Train and guide internal teams on brand guidelines, ensuring everyone is aligned with the brand vision.
  • 7. Client and Market Relationship Management :

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the retailers market and customer base.
  • Develop and maintain retailer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and new marketing opportunities.
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience : 3-5 years of experience in marketing, account management, or brand management.
  • Key Skills :
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of brand positioning and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and tools.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
