Location: Mauston, WI 53948
Pay Scale: $29 - $32/hr

What You’ll Do
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
Obtain vital signs, weights, and other necessary patient data
Communicate changes in resident conditions to nurses
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation
Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare teams
What You Need
Active WI CNA Certification (Must be maintained)
Current BLS Certification
1 Year of CNA Experience (LTC/SNF preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Passion for patient care and teamwork

Shift
- Week 1: Four 8-hour shifts (2 PM - 10:30 PM) & One 8-hour shift (10 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Week 2: Five 8-hour shifts (2 PM - 10:30 PM)
- Every Other Weekend Required
