Job Opportunity: CNA Med-surg in Denver , CO

• Position: CNA Med-surg
• Location:Denver, CO
• Pay Rate: $27per hour
• Shift: Days/Nights' 3 -12 hour shifts per week.(Shift starts at 6 O'Clock AM or PM)
• Work Week: 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
  
  

Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient care, including assistance with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Respond to patient calls, assess needs, and provide appropriate assistance.
• Monitor and record vital signs, food intake, and urinary/fecal output.
• Gather information from medical professionals about patient conditions and treatment plans.
• Remind patients to take medications and supplements. Stay updated on CNA training and adhere to facility policies and procedures

The Certified Nursing Assistant functions in an assistive role in the provision of patient care services through regular assignments or delegated tasks and are directly supervised by the RN or LPN (LVN). The C.N.A. demonstrates the ability to carry out specific tasks with reasonable skill and safety that adheres to the prevailing standard of practice in the nursing community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: activities of daily living, intake and output, glucose testing, height and weight, and vital signs.

Facility Requirements

• Must have BLS certification must be attached to submission packet (Must be through the American Heart Association); RQI certifications will not be accepted
• Must have CO CNA license, must be attached to resume
• Candidate must have 1 year recent travel experience
• Patient Ratios 1:12
  
  

Schedule

• 12 -hour shift
  
  

Ability To Relocate

• Denver, CO Relocate before starting work (Required)

Requirements

• CNA CO license
• BSN Required: NO
• SSN
• DL
• Experience in Med-Surg/Tele.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Good communication skills.
• COVID Vaccination
