We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Critical Care for a 13-week contract in Great Falls, MT. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide advanced nursing care to patients in critical condition, including monitoring vital signs and managing life-support equipment.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute comprehensive care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
Educate patients' families about care plans and recovery expectations.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient status and care.
Requirements :
Active RN license.
Minimum 2 years of recent Critical Care or ICU experience.
BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN certification preferred.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
