Common duties / responsibilities "Facilitate transfers (any patient type) from hospitals
Will deal with cases after the intake process doing patient assessments vitals, clinical information (patient report). Will find accepting MDs and specialist doctors- have a list of hospitals and services provided and request bed at appropriate facility.
MUST have critical care assessment skills, good clinical judgement, be able to follow algorithmsMUST be professional, have good customer service skills, be able to learn quickly, ability to multitask, be strong in computers- will be utilizing multiple computer applications (Cerner, Tele Tracking, Tiger Connect-texting MDs / specialists, all Google apps including multiple chats from within and outside of the hospital)
