Job Description

Evolve Healthcare Inc. is hiring for an experienced Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant .You will provide services for 36/hrs per week for a 13-week assignment w/possibility of extending.

Requirements

• BCLS , BLS
• Current state Physical Therapist Assistance license
• COVID Certification
• Must have 1 years of experience.
• Shift Timing 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

• Compensation paid on a bi-weekly schedule.
