Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician

- Conduct a variety of complex laboratory tests, analyses, and procedures to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Perform tasks such as specimen collection, processing, and analysis using sophisticated laboratory equipment.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in laboratory test results by adhering to quality control standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide valuable insights.
- Stay updated on advancements in laboratory technology and methodologies.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLS) or equivalent.
- State licensure as required.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in laboratory techniques.
- Knowledge of laboratory information systems and data management.
