Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment, ensuring precision, safety, and quality.
- Prepare and position patients for MRI scans, providing explanations and addressing concerns to ensure comfort.
- Monitor patients throughout the MRI process, adhering to safety protocols.
- Review and interpret MRI images, delivering accurate results promptly to medical teams.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive diagnostic care.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Certified as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI Tech).
- Relevant state licensure (as required by California).
- Proficiency in operating MRI equipment and performing various MRI exams.
