Your Role As a Med Surg/Telemetry RN
As an RN within the Health System, you will:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria.
- Lead LPNs/PCTs and Unit Secretaries, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Make informed decisions based on scientific knowledge and clinical expertise.
- Float to all units within your skill level to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Experience: 1 Years in Med Surg/Telemetry – Required
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- ACLS (AHA) – Required
- State License Requirements: Ohio RN License – Required
