Key Responsibilities :
Perform respiratory therapy procedures, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary function testing.
Evaluate and monitor patients’ respiratory conditions and provide appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide education to patients and families regarding respiratory care and equipment use.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications :
Active RRT certification.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional credentials may be required).
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a respiratory therapy setting.
Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt to varied patient needs.
