About Evolve HCR

Evolve HCR is looking for skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team. As a PACU nurse, you will provide vital post-operative care, closely monitoring patients as they recover from anesthesia. Your role will be critical in ensuring that patients are stable and comfortable as they wake up from surgery, addressing any complications, and coordinating with the surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure optimal recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Post-Operative Monitoring: Assess and monitor patients’ vital signs, ensuring safe recovery from anesthesia.
• Pain Management: Administer medications and manage pain levels for post-surgical patients.
• Patient Support: Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients recovering from surgery.
• Emergency Preparedness: Respond quickly to any complications, ensuring appropriate interventions are made.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure a smooth recovery process.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in PACU, critical care, or similar settings preferred.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple patients and handle emergency situations with confidence.
• 2 years experiance
