- Position requires 2 years of experience as an LPN in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
- Must possess an active Michigan (MI) nursing license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Travel experience preferred.
- Candidates must have their own vehicle or rental; no public transportation available.
- Agency must be authorized to schedule fingerprinting as MI fingerprinting is a requirement.
- MI-based clinicians preferred for easier onboarding.
- Weekend rotation required (usually one weekend off per month).
- No on-call requirements.
- Overtime is not available (OT: NONE).
- Documentation required for submission: work history (3-5 years), current skills checklist, supervisory references (if applicable), MI license & certificates, and COVID vaccination card.
