About the Role
This Staff Nurse Per Diem position is responsible for promoting a caring and healing environment for patient-centered care at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for protecting, promoting, and optimizing health and abilities, prevention of illness and injury, and the alleviation of suffering through the diagnosis and treatment of human response and through advocacy in the care of individuals and families.
You will work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and promote a positive environment.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New York State.
- At least one year of experience in an Intensive Care Unit or similar setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
