About The Role
United Health Services, the largest and most comprehensive provider of healthcare services in upstate New York's Southern Tier, is hiring a Staff Registered Nurse, Gastrointestinal to join our team at Binghamton General Hospital in Binghamton, NY. The Gastroenterology Unit is an 8 recovery bed unit. The unit sees mostly standard outpatient procedures but they do manage a few specialty procedures too. This unit is very fast moving as there are patients rotating through all day. This group enjoys learning from one another and working closely with the Physicians!
Schedule : 8 hour shifts; Mon-Fri mostly; occasional on call; most major holidays off
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assessing and admitting patients
- Assisting during procedures
- Administering medications and providing patient education
- Discharging patients

Compensation : $40.70-$61.05 per hour, depending on experience.
Sign-On Bonus : This unit is eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.
