**About the Role:**
The Director of Behavioral Health Services will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan for both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, including addiction medicine and mental health.
As the Director, you will lead proposals and business development efforts, while also supporting the team's career development and growth. Through strong direction and teamwork, you will collaborate closely with other operational leaders to accomplish the program's operational, fiscal, business development, and organizational development goals.
