Salary Range: $54.17 - $81.25 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Description:
The Behavioral Health Service Line Director plays a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic plans for inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, including addiction medicine and mental health. This leadership position requires strong direction and collaboration with other operational leaders to achieve operational, fiscal, business development, and organizational development goals.
As the Director, you will lead proposals and business development efforts while supporting the team's career development and growth. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships and growing an impressive network that positively impacts our team, patients, and community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree and at least seven years of relevant work experience in health, healthcare, and leadership. Your expertise in behavioral health services, leadership, and business development will enable you to drive our healthcare system forward.
