About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled laboratory professionals to join our team of dedicated clinicians. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-quality, CAP-accredited laboratory and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized tests in your assigned laboratory section.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in laboratory testing.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate degree in clinical laboratory technology or equivalent (NYS Certified Clinical Laboratory Technician).
- A Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory technology or equivalent (Grandfathered NYS Licensed CLT).
- One year of experience working in a clinical laboratory is preferred.
