Overview
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, manages position control for Nursing and associated job functions. Maintains the UHSH Staffing Grids, in accordance with Clinical Staffing Committee staffing plans, and provides reports as requested. Responsible for all employee postings, movement, Unit Configuration/ Position control tasks as well as agency staff recruitment activities.

Minimum Required
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, accounting, analytics, business, economics, finance, IT nursing or related field
- Up to three (3) years of management experience
- Up to three (3) years of nursing experience
