The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities in support of organizational staffing objectives, including candidate and manager relationship management. This role is accountable for meeting recruitment goals by identifying, sourcing, and screening talented, qualified, and diverse candidates, while ensuring candidates move through the selection process quickly and have an outstanding experience.
Talent Acquisition Recruiter Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Recruiter Responsibilities
- Develop robust and creative recruitment strategies in alignment with departmental and organization goals
- Build relationships with local and regional recruitment sources to build and maintain a steady flow of candidates
- Use contemporary recruitment tactics to source and attract high quality job applicants
- Develop strategic relationships with hiring managers and become subject matter experts within the business units served
- Participate in a team environment where collaboration and support for one another are seen as critical success factors
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Associate’s degree in a related field or a minimum of three (3) years of professional human resources experience
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels
- Ability to create an amazing candidate experience, while screening talent to ensure a high quality of hire
- Experience working within Workday or a similar applicant tracking system
- Professional certification(s) within Human Resources
