What are the responsibilities and job description for the Walk In Clinic Physician Assistant (PA) position at United Health Services?
UHS is actively recruiting a Physician Assistant (PA) for our Walk-In Clinic – Vestal and Endicott, NY sites.
The position will report to the UHS Walk-In Clinical Director. Full time position working 7 – 12 hour shifts per pay period (every two weeks). Position works every other weekend.
Experience in full spectrum medicine for all ages required (including Peds). Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, splints, etc). Previous experience in Walk In Clinic or Urgent Care setting preferred.
Leading by example and driving clinical outcomes in the walk in clinic setting. Creates an environment where Walk-in care is considered one of the strengths of UHS. Provides direct patient care.
QUALIFICATIONS :
1. A licensed PA practicing or able to practice in the State of New York and eligible for membership on the UHS Medical Staff.
2. Experience in Family medicine, walk in care, urgent care, or emergency medicine.
