- LPN is responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to Extended Care Residents. The RN assesses patient needs, develops care plans, administers medications, monitors patient conditions, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Matrix EHR

- Ability to Relocate: Sidney, MT Relocate before starting work (Required)
Requirements
- BLS, ACLS
- MT State or Cpmpact License
- COVID Vaccination/ Valid CPR
