Position: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location: Greenbrae, CA

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including the administration of radiopharmaceuticals, to obtain diagnostic images.
• Operate and maintain specialized imaging equipment, such as gamma cameras and PET scanners.
• Prepare patients for nuclear medicine examinations, explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort.
• Monitor patients during imaging procedures, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
• Analyze and interpret nuclear medicine images, providing accurate and timely reports to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with medical and healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field.
• Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Proficiency in operating nuclear medicine imaging equipment.
• BLS
