Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care, providing assistance with daily activities and personal care.
- Respond to patient needs promptly, assessing requirements and offering appropriate support.
- Monitor and document vital signs, food intake, and urinary/fecal output.
- Communicate with medical professionals to gather information on patient conditions and treatment plans.
- Assist patients with medication reminders, staying current with relevant training and adhering to facility policies.
- State certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
- Graduation from a Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license.
- COVID Vaccination/ Health Documents/ License/ Physical
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
