Shift : D / N Rotate 6a6 : 30p 6p6 : 30a 6a2 : 30p 2p10 : 30p 10p6 : 30a EOW every other holiday
Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent patient care including assistance with daily activities and personal hygiene.
- Respond to patient calls assess needs and provide appropriate assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs food intake and urinary / fecal output.
- Gather information from medical professionals about patient conditions and treatment plans.
- Remind patients to take medications and supplements. Stay updated on CNA training and adhere to facility policies and procedures.
