Position : Rad TechCT / XRAY Tech
Locatio n : Sacramento CA 95819
Pay Rate : $82 / hr
Shift : Days / Evenings(1400 start MTH call will float between CT and XRay as needed)
Work Week : 40 hours per week
Gross weekly : $ 3442 / week
Duration : 13 weeks
Start : 22nd Jan 2025
Unit Notes :
need 2 sup refs (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w / in 12 mo. & 1 w / in 3 years worked
Modules are required to be done before start of assignment. Modules take on average 34 hours to completethis time is not billable to the hospital.
Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time part time or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit including CHI and / or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.
This position is CT only
BLS ARRT (CT) and must hold a California Rad Tech license

Key Responsibilities :
Imaging Procedures : Perform Xrays CT scans and other imaging procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Patient Preparation : Position patients and ensure their comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
Equipment Maintenance : Operate and maintain imaging equipment ensuring functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Collaboration : Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver precise and timely results.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information for compliance.
Qualifications :
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
Knowledge of radiographic techniques and medical imaging equipment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient care.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
