POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION SUMMARY :

RN demonstrates great customer service by mentoring Villas three core principles of Exceptional Care Passionate Services and Unexpected Luxury in all of her job duties and responsibilities.

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager / ADON / DON the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents / patients for a shift of duty. Nursing care is provided through assessment implementations and evaluation of the plan of care. The RN adheres to the standards of care for the area manages the environment to maintain resident / patient safety and supervises the resident / patient care activity performance by nursing assistants and helpers. Follows all Villas policies and procedures. Performs duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act. Follows where applicable JCAHO standards.

Submission Requirements

• At least two years of SNF / LTC or Med Surg experience
• BLS (AHA)
• Covid Vaccine Required Medical & Religious Exemptions can be accepted on a casebycase basis.
• This is a challenging location to work at. This need is not for LPNs that may have difficulty handing high paced / stress climate.

It is Imperative travelers clock out or they wont be compensated for that shift until a dispute is resolved.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS :

• Work history / resume
• Home / taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile ex. resume in the notes section of the submittal)
• License verification
• Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC
• References highly preferred (if not provided will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer)
