Calling all Medical Assistants with a passion for helping patients on their journey to parenthood! Sterling Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support our amazing RNs and doctors in a private fertility clinic where hope and science come together.
What You'll Do :
- Be the right hand to the RN and physician team, ensuring smooth patient care.
- Prepare patients for procedures, handle vital signs, and assist during treatments.
- Maintain a sparkling clean and well-stocked exam room (because clutter is not a good look).
- Educate patients on medications, injection techniques, and post-procedure care.
- Coordinate patient schedules, answer questions, and provide much-needed emotional support.
- Handle medical records with precision and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards (because patient privacy is sacred).
- Occasionally share a warm smile or light humor to ease patient nerves.
