Responsibilities :

• Conducting patient assessments diagnosing physical impairments and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborating with family members physicians rehabilitation specialists and other healthcare professionals to design comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
• Integrating traditional physical therapy techniques with cuttingedge approaches for optimal patient recovery.
• Providing guidance and support to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Documenting thorough progress notes and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Motivating and assisting patients in overcoming physical challenges fostering a positive rehabilitation environment.
• Managing patient records and updating medical documentation with attention to detail.
• Staying current with advancements in physical therapy and related medical fields.
