Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional patient care providing assistance with daily activities and personal care.
- Respond to patient needs promptly assessing requirements and offering appropriate support.
- Monitor and document vital signs food intake and urinary / fecal output.
- Communicate with medical professionals to gather information on patient conditions and treatment plans.
- Assist patients with medication reminders staying current with relevant training and adhering to facility policies.
