Position : Registered Nurse - Wound Care

Pay scale : $78 to $82
Shift : Day shift
Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive wound care management to patients, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring.
Administer wound dressings, debridement, and other therapeutic interventions as per physician orders.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on wound care management, infection prevention, and post-treatment recovery.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Requirements :
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
Experience in wound care nursing or a related field.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Wound Care Certification (WCC) or Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) preferred.
