Responsibilities :
- Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) or critical care unit (CCU).
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and respiratory status.
- Administer medications and advanced treatments to stabilize and support patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergent situations and provide advanced life support interventions.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment.
